Southern Health Community Participation Plan

One of the primary tasks of the Community Advisory Committee has been to develop a Community Participation Plan, which was endorsed by the Board.

The plan outlines community and consumer participation strategies for Southern Health and provides a means for feedback and accountability from these activities.
