Pathology Collection Unit

Southern Cross Pathology provides a pathology specimen collection service to eight sites across Southern Health.

• Casey Hospital - providing pathology collection service to both outpatient and inpatients
• Dandenong Hospital – providing pathology collection service to both outpatients and inpatients
• Monash Medical Centre, Clayton – providing pathology collection service to two outpatient sites and  inpatients
• Monash Medical Centre, Moorabbin – providing pathology collection service to both outpatients and inpatients
• Kingston Rehabilitation Hospital- providing pathology collection service to inpatients
• Cranbourne Integrated Care Centre– providing pathology collection service to outpatients
• Greater Dandenong Community Health Service, Springvale- providing Pathology collection service to outpatients
• Domiciliary service to patients in their own home, nursing homes or special accommodation.

Hours of operation range from 0700hrs - 1800hrs with 47 staff in total.
